Will this new hinged cooking grate from Weber fit the WSM?

The 2 cooking grates on the WSM are 17 1/2 and 17 - I doubt if the one for the 18 1/2" kettle would fit.

I have a nickel plated hinged 18.5" grill - fits the WSM but NOT the SJP.

The top grate of the WSM and the cooking grate of an 18½" Weber kettle are the same diameter. Although my kettle grate has fewer bars. I'm not sure how much of a benefit a hinged top grate on the WSM might be, though.
 
My bad - now I remember, I think, ... it's the lower grate on the WSM that can't be replaced by anything but another WSM grate ?

The lower grate of the WSM is the exact same as the charcoal grate from the 22" kettle. The WSM version is nickel plated, the kettle version is not.
