I was at Sams yesterday and one of the sample tables was making these to sell a bbq pork product as well as Pillsbury pie crusts.'
It was tasty but I knew it would be a ton better with some of the pulled shoulder from my freezer.
Use a 3-4 inch round to cut out as many circles from a crust that you can get. Take a scoop of bbq and put it in the middle then fold over and crimp the edge with a fork.
Bake at 400 till done about 10-15 min.
I added some sauce to the Q and pre heated it before putting on the pie crust. In hindsight it needed to be a little more moist but was a great easy appetizer.
They went over big with the rout of the Packers over Dallas yesterday.
This seems like a real easy one so if someone already posted this sorry if its a repeat.
Who would have thunk it...I stole the recipe from Sams club?!...
