OK I have het to try and smoke any fish, however I have ate quite a bit in my day and love it.
I know you need to do a brine but I have no idea what ingrediants to use in this brine. any help would be great for a recipe to use on seafood.
I want to try and do smoked salmon, trout, mussles, eel: Basically what ever I can catch when I go fishing.
What temps do I keep and for how long?
Is there any good recipes I have not noticed here for making good smoked seafood with all instructions?
