Texas Style Sauce
32 oz Ketchup
1 C Apple Syrup (substitue frozen apple juice concentrate)
½ C Coke
1 T Worcestershire
2 t Chili Powder
1 t Black Pepper
1 t Granulated Onion, Garlic, and Celery Salts
2 C Water (add additional to achieve desired consistency)
1 t Kosher Salt
Note: Reduced apple juice or apple cider-4 cups reduces to 1/3 cup.
