Cabbage done right......

OK.. this one will make you slap anyone who gets close to your plate.

Take a head of cabbage, half it, quarter it, then halve the quarters. Serves 8 - duh.

Take each chunk and wrap it in foil with a slice of onion and a large pat of butter, salt and pepper.

Takes about 30 minutes in a 225 degree bullet.

I'm telling you, this is the way to really enjoy cabbage!

Keith - No I havent, but hers sure looks good. Like you said, mine is quicker, and I just know it is good. My lovely wife turned me on to that right after we got married.

I cook everything slow........she does the steaks.

Going back over old posts and saw that Keri WOWed the fact that 30 minutes was the time on this cabbage.

Please note that since the cabbage is cut into pieces is the reason for the short time.

I buy a large head and cut into 8ths.
