Kaz S TVWBB Pro Jan 30, 2011 #2 You don't need the daisy wheels in the lid because u leave those open 100% and the ECB lid gap is more than enough vent. Good job should turn out some tasty food for ya.

M Matt T TVWBB Member Jan 30, 2011 #3 I was thinking that because on my other smokers, i leave the exhaust open 100% so the stale smoke doesnt ruin the meat. Its almost ready to Q on. I just need to make the charcoal ring with my expanded metal thanks

G George Curtis TVWBB Olympian Jan 30, 2011 #4 i put a top vent on mine. used a used weber wheel. i use foil to seal around the lid. i just wanted a bit more known factor when cooking.
