That last steak pic looks like the grill marks are saying "HI Hi"

So, are we lovin' the new CI grate???
 
I just got the cast iron grates yesterday from Fed Ex. Thanks to one of our members (Rondo) I got a smoking deal on them. Thanks Rondo!

Jim, the BEST looking/tasting scallops arounf here are from Costco in Grafton. They sell them on weekends. Their New York Strips are to die for too.
 
Hi John - Nice looking plate. How do you like your grates now? I've really been pleased since I got mine. Another great one to slip into your combo is a zuccini with a little evoo sprinkled on. They cook up really nice. Thanks for sharing the pics.
