anyone have a recipe for the bbq sauce at moe's in gulf shores, alabama. they also have locations in vail, colorado and tuscaloosa, alabama. anything close to theirs would be greatly appreciated.
There is also one in Birmingham - I had lunch there on Thursday and my friend and I were commenting on how good the sauce is. Next time I'm in there, I'll ask if they'll share the recipe.
I did see some gallon jugs of Cattleman's BBQ sauce in the back of the restaurant, so it may be that they start there and do some doctoring. The sauce is thinner than out of the jug cattlemans, so they must add vinegar at a minimum.
