St. Louis and Hot Legz

The ribs were rubbed with love and the legz were marinated in Roadside minus half the vinegar and replaced with Louisiana hot sauce. Cooked at 250ish with pecan for smoke.

Rubbed the ribs with:

1/4 cup sugar
1/4 kosher salt
1/8 cup brown sugar, dried
4 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon onion powder

Marinated legs in:

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup veg oil
1/2 cup Louisiana hot sauce
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1 TBS Kosher salt
1 TBS white sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp celery salt

Food looks great! The only problem is I will now have the Rod Stewart song "Hot Legs" bouncing around my head all day.
