1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sweet paprika
1/4 cup kosher salt
3 tablespoons black pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil

I really like this rub! I've used it a couple of times now on butts with a plain mustard slather and bumping up the brown sugar and basil a bit. Good stuff indeed! Jacks Old South Competition Vinegar is the perfect sauce to go with it. Thanks Steve(and Jack)!
