Chicken Francese

Sorry, it is not grilled or smoked, but it is a really great recipe that I have been making for years. Also, I am just learning how to post pics, so hopefully this works!

2 lbs skinless chicken breast (pounded out)
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 cup chicken broth
3 tablespoons butter
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup flour
Lemon
3 or 4 cloves garlic (whole, but smashed w/ back of knife)

Preheat oil in large pan.
Saute garlic, then remove.
Coat cutlets with egg, then flour.
Lightly brown cutlets in batches (add more oil if needed) and set aside.
Reduce heat to low.
Add wine and deglaze pan, scraping up any brown bits.
Add butter, and 3/4 cup chicken broth then stir.
Add cutlets and simmer 10 minutes.
Remove cutlets again and set aside.
Thicken 1/4 cup chicken broth with flour and add to pan.
Add juice from 1 lemon and stir
Return cutlets to pan
Simmer 5 minutes.
Enjoy!
