This las weekend my wife and I split to make 2 teams so a local contest could have their 25 minimum, she used the pellet cookers and I did mine on a 22" WSM and a Performer. My ribs came in 4th and I was really happy with the pork and brisket but the judges weren't as impressed.
To me it was still somewhat of a win just getting all 4 catagories done on those 2 cookers

Good job on the ribs, but I have to ask... who placed higher, you or the wife ?
