Popovers in Weber Q?

I wonder if anyone has tried cooking popovers in the Weber Q? They'd make a great addition to a BBQ breakfast! ;)

Not sure what a Popover is, but if it's anything like those Poptart things, I'll take a pass.

Anyway, on the trivit comment, the official Aussie Weber trivit is approx 40cm x 30cm x 7.5cm, which roughly converts to 15-3/4" x 11-3/4" x 1/2". If you match that up to the grates, it's pretty close to the outside edges of the solid portion of the grates over the burners on a Q300/320.

The key is to look for something with thicker bars, and sits up a bit more than a standard cookie cooling rack. I found a cooking rack I think at Williams Sonoma or Crate and Barrel that had a silver non-stick coating and was a perfect substition. I've used it a couple of times for indirect cooking, with the aluminum foil beneath, and it works great.

So you have no excuses now. Be the guinea pig and let us know how these Popover things are.
