Fried Chicken


 
Heres one that I Love
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt
1 tea. cayenne pepper
1 tea. ground black pepper
1 tea. garlic powder

Mix everything together in a large bowl. Add chicken pieces, cover & refrigerate for at least 8 hours.

Remove chicken pieces from marinating mixture. Get a plastic bag with 2 cups of flour, add chicken pieces a few at a time, shaking excess flour off.

Heat 3 cups corn oil to 300 degrees in cast iron skillet, lower heat a little, add chicken.

Talk about finger Lickin GOOD...
