Need Advice on Grill Cover and Rotisserie

I have seen mixed reviews for new grill covers from either Weber or other companies. What's your experience? I know that you will only get 2-4 seasons from one...

Also, what's a good rotisserie? I will be looking for one for the Summit Platinum

Can I purchase parts for a Genesis rotisserie? I need the main rod and forks as the grill only came with a motor

I have always suggested that one get an upholstery shop to make one. They can use boat cover material that lasts a long time. I think the genesis rotis rod is smaller than what yours should use. You can look online as there are sites that sell solid parts for rotisseries. Or look for a sale at hd or lowes.

I can't help you on the cover, but for rotisseries, you can't beat OneGrill. I am very pleased with mine, and am very happy with their customer service. They seem like a small company that does everything they can to make the customer happy. Far better than Weber's rotisserie.

I recently ordered a cover for my kettle from Amazon.
It is amazing quality for the price....

When I used to use a cover I got mold. Covers are no longer in use by me. I do not miss them a bit. It is just a not needed accessory/extra profit maker for Weber. YMMV.

I am not sure what grill you are looking for a cover for but the Veranda line available on Amazon is pretty good. I live in Ma. and we get cold winters...the Cover doesn't crack in cold weather the way the Weber one did...
https://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00JF2YWXK/tvwb-20 is the one I have for my genesis... and one for my Weber Smokey Mountain. I started using them in February of 2015 and love them

Personally I like the new Weber covers. There are thin but have held up well so far.
