What else needs be said. Everyone loves bacon. There not normal if they don't. Just my opinion.
 
That is some great looking bacon Pat. Might try that for Labor Day. Is the shrimp also in the filling for the jalapenos?

I usually smoke it on a kettle using the snake or fuse method.
To be clear, it has been cured into bacon, and isn't just a slab of pork belly.
