Great looking smoked birds Dave, i hope you gave a few morsels of that that juicy looking chicken to your laughing granddaughter.
 
It was good, but believe it or not the chicken salad my better half made with the leftovers was even better. She minced it so fine it was practically a dip, I plan on smoking at least one more chicken when I get home from offshore, just for the salad.....it is like crack on a cracker
