Have had many, many grills, current one is a Weber Grill Center plumbed for natural gas.

And I like curing and smoking meats and cheeses.

Current project is a "Frankin-Smoker", using a MES40 with a Bradley smoke generator, all mounted on a garden carts. Still a work in progress.

What brought me to this forum was the discussion of Raspberry Pi based PIDS.
