That a flat iron? I think it would be very flavourful but I also think that oyster and fish and soy would be all I'd taste. Where's the beef?
 
it is like a Asian marinade but way to much salt i would back to about 1/3 that and add a bit of rice wine vinegar to thin it out. then you should be able to taste the meat.

It looks like a skirt steak, which I would hardly consider to be "the ultimate steak". The oyster sauce reminds me too much of fried rice, but it would be interesting to try just once.
