I did this cook a few weeks ago, and it was an instant family favorite

I love it, but all I could think about was: What if....WSM.....Kettle...The WSM got the nod tonight, and it took a perfect cook and made it even more perfect. It was amazing, it's a must do on the WSM

The loin was hand picked by my son (who paid for it out of his own pocket)

Done at 6PM (ish) cooked at 350 degrees at the grate per the Redi Chek (I rarely use the grate thermo, but this is a really nice cook and worthy of watching the cook to the very degree)

Hope everyone had a great weekend, tad windy all weekend here, but hey....It was a weekend!!!

Nice job, Chuck! I need to cook me one of those, thanks for the inspiration!

Did your son enjoy it?

On my list too! That looks amazing, great cook Chuck. Been very windy here, wind alerts almost every day.

Chuck that is absolutely fantastic. That is going on the dinner list right now, just have to wait for the winds to stop. Thanks for sharing it with us.
