Clay saucer size

The largest terracotta saucer I've seen was 18" and in your example you need 18.75" or 19". You might find a ceramic pizza stone that will fit directly on the tabs or go with an 18" or 16" saucer and place it into the water pan and foil over.
On my 18.5" & 22.5" WSM's I only use an empty foiled pan, so that's another option if you like to run @ 250-275 or higher.

This one works perfect in my 2 x 22 WSM

BUT I must tell you: I pulled them off and replaced with this one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/151993167389?ul_noapp=true
THis because now I can vary cooking T much easyer qnd in a very short time (minutes).
With the heavy mass of pizza stone or clay saucer it is impossible.
