Does anyone have any idea why the hinge for a 22 might not work on an 18" kettle? When I designed the carriage in my profile picture, I simply made no allowance for where to put the smaller lid. The 22 is fine but, I was just thinking....
 
Just had a very pleasant exchange with the guys at "Unknown BBQ" he says just let him know when I order one and they can make some small adjustments to make one fit just right!
I love good customer service!
 
The hinge arrived today along with more rain than we have had in a month! Am I going to install it? Yes, yes I am!
Half an hour by myself, including the search for the right tools. Just a little bit of tinkering and it fits right as the mail!
