I am cooking my turkey now (Wednesday) how can I hold turkey till tomorrow, I want to keep my skin crispy, if possible?

You won't have crispy skin tomorrow, and you can't hold it at temp that long. I'd carve everything off the bone, arrange on a platter, cover with foil and reheat *gently* tomorrow in a low oven. Sprinkle with chicken broth to moisten.

Good luck!

I cooked two of ours on Wednesday, and let them sit wrapped up out in the cold, enclosed, front porch (no extra room in the kitchen). We warmed the sliced meat up Thursday, and everyone was happy.

We cooked ours a day ahead and let it cool covered on the counter then wrapped it in a wet dish towel and put it in the fridge so the dry air in the fridge wouldn't dry it out.
Like Chris said you can't keep the skin crispy but that not important to Barb and I.
