Got all my parts for an HM build on order except the thermocouple probe - I got a kit from the HM store. I'm a little confused as which to get it as there seem to be so many and different ends. There seems to be some with plugs and some with the "Y" type harness. Also, the thermoworks site and Amazon both have so many different types of probes, I don't even know where to begin. Any suggestions?
