Bunch of ringers in this challenge. All of them good, imho.
Steaks are big. Winner takes all!
 
A very difficult decision. All of them look better than 99% of the steaks I've been served in restaurants. My vote may have been swayed by Otis the dog. I have a porterhouse thawing for tomorrow's dinner and now I am thoroughly inspired (and more than a little bit intimidated) ;)
