I have an igrill2 that I use with my 18.5 WSM and also a Guru DX2. Where do you guys place your pit probes? With the Igrill do you place it under or on top of the grate? Do you attach the Guru probe to the grate or to the Igrill a bracket or cable?
Just under the top grate with my new probe. That keeps it away from the big piece of cold meat. Used to clip it to the top grate but sometimes there was not enough room.
