Hey everyone. My name is dan and I'm hooked on smoking now after using my wsm about 10 times. Really enjoy the process and more so enjoy the food! Im running an 18.5" wsm with a whitebox stoker controller! Look forward to learning a lot on this forum!

thank you all for the warm welcome, it is definitely a very addictive hobby!! And in some ways can be presented as a necessity to the wife when needed!! ;-)
