Stuffed Mushrooms (Smoked Chuck)

I smoked a chuck roast the other day and made some stuffed mushrooms with some of the meat.

I used a little Stubb's bbq sauce (Sweet Heat)...

...and topped with some Gouda cheese..

...let it grill down a bit then added some Mozzarella.

Hit them with a little bbq rub and let them finish up.

My wife just said she'd have to see them in person in order to know if they were good or not, just too hard to tell from just a picture??? Is she trying to con someone into making these????? They look good enough to eat to me!

Those look KILLER! Thanks for reminding me. It's about time I do some portobella's, myself. It's been entirely too long. We are in line for a cold spell and it's not encouraging, but a feller's got to do what a feller's got to do. That means hit the grill, anyway:wsm:.
