Need some info please

I am building a replacement HM 4.0 board for an individual that has a printed case. Is there anyone that could provide me with the mounting height for the LED's to fit the 4.0 printed case correctly? I am going to space the bottom of the button 3mm off the board as per the assembly instructions, but I have no idea what distance to use for the LED's. I would greatly appreciate someone providing me this info!

If the printed case has the recessed button hole, no need to raise the button off the board.

For the led height, it should be the same height as the top of the lcd screen bezel.

"This case requires that the rca jack on the rpi be removed so that the boards come into maximum contact. The unit of measure for the .stl files is in mm and the LEDs should be mounted so that the bottom of the LED is positioned 7 mm above the HM PCB."
