I Bit the Bullet

Couldn't help myself & got a CB Stacker & SS door to go with the 18.5 & the smoking rack I made a few weeks ago.
Added some handles (if you look close... you will see some spacers between the stacker & the outer edge of the handles). It sure has increased the capacity of what I can cook. I'd say full racks of hanging ribs will be no problem. Can't wait to hang a brisket.

fwiw - the craftsmanship of the CB Stacker is first class - it's beautiful... checked it out & it can be turned upside down & it will fit my 18.5 kettle. Noticed that the "brackets" for the grill are cut rather strange, however... if using the stacker inverted on a 18.5 kettle - it will accommodate a diffuser. Pretty cool.

I have to limit the length of my snack sticks and summer sausage due to the distance between my hanging rack and pan. You will definitely not have that problem! Hooah!
