Hi all, I'm running 3 racks of ribs on my 22.5 and looking for my old sauce recipe that starts with Sweet Baby Rays and adds 2 cups vinegar, coffee, ketchup, some spices and takes it to a boil for about 20 minutes.
This is a popular recipe in some tournaments but I cannot find my recipe book. It comes out very "vinegary" and tastes a lot like North Carolina sauce.
Does anybody have this readily accessible that they can send to me or point me to the website? I think Chris mentioned this before but I just can't find it.
