Cooked up some brined chicken thighs for my first attempt. I got a lot to learn on temperature management . But at the end my daughter and wife approved of the results, and that's good enough for me. Wishing I would of got one of these a long time ago.
 
Congratulations on the new cooker. When you going to attempt your first packer? (just kidding) :)
