Shop Rite had some Aussie Chops on sale so picked up some for tonight, made a pasty marinade for them out of Rsoemary and Sage from the garden and Dijon and EVOO. Added some Mint from the garden also

Looks wonderful, Bill. Stunning plate. I pulled some those lamb chops out of the freezer today. Will probably do them Monday.
 
When it comes to consistently churning out lamb with the use of fresh herbs, Bill is a machine. Top notch once again.
