Just some silly fun. Since the Jumbo Joe is a portable grill I wanted to see if I could store everything I needed for a grilling session at the beach into the Jumbo.

I started by filling a charcoal basket and putting starter cubes, a lighter and a digital thermometer onto the charcoal grate.

Next I added some condiments, napkins and grill tools.

I placed the grill grate on top of that stuff and added the paper plates, buns and a bag of chips.

And here she sits..fully loaded with a locked lid. A portable grill ready for action!

Like I said...goofy fun. A man has to keep himself entertained somehow :)
 
That is fun....lose the plates and napkins and you got room for another package of buns. Now, unload that thing and fire in the hole!
 
David, I think this is an fun and great idea. I never thought to pack everything in the grill, especially all that you put in it. This would come in handy for the upcoming tailgating season once college football gets rolling.
