Hello everyone. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. "my name is Paul, and I really, really, really like barbecue".
I have had a Weber Genesis gasser for the last 12 years that still runs like a champ to this day. I have been a gas cooker my entire life and have never used coal before. I recently moved into a house that has a deck on it, and there was this section of the deck right next to my gas grill where there was no furniture, so I plugged that hole with a Weber OTG 22 and a half". I have several questions for you guys regarding charcoal cooking which I will address in a different post.
