Handles for Smokey Joe Mini and first whole chicken

I found that lifting the top rack up especially with food on it was difficult. I wanted to do something easy to make some sort of handles. I went to Home Depot and got some ring bolts, as I remember they were 3/8" and some washers and 2 bolts each. I simply bolted them on the top grate. They can be easily removed and they make taking out the top grate easy to get at the lower rack. I turned them sideways so they are easy to grab, they don't affect how much I can put on the mini as the edges run real hot anyway.













 
If you guys don't stop this, I'm going to have to build a mini, myself:rolleyes:...

I am trying VERY hard to be strong, but I am definitely weakening...:p

Both those cooks surely look GOOD!!!
