shred that butt, cut them veggies add some rice, da beans, sour cream, cheese, and some chili chocolate BBQ sauce.

Is it me, or has there been a ridiculous amount of amazing cooks that have been displayed by TVWBB members this past week, this one included? Weber enthusiasts all across the globe have really been bringing their A-game as of late.
 
Thanks guys! got tired of just pp sandwiches, had to do something different. And these kicked A, Qudoba move over!

Not that I have a long history, but the last week has been packed with fantastic food. It is very inspiring
