Breaking in the new wok

Ok,I've had the wok for a couple of weeks now. I finally decided to break that sucker in. Here is my mise en place. Here it is in action. I forgot to get a finished shot with the noodles and sauce in

. It was served with some TJ pot stickers. Very good stuff,but I can never let it sit still long enough to get a pic of the plated food. It just smells too darn good!

Trader Joes frozen pot stickers. They are kind of like a egg roll,just folded and steamed,not rolled and fried.
 
Looks good i just love a good wok on the grill.

And i have never done it before i entered this site,alot of inspiration.
 
Daniel,it was either you or another member that inspired me to get the wok! I'm just sorry it took me a few weeks to get it used.
