    When beef ribs/short ribs come out good there is nothing better. You did an awesome job on this cook , brother. The carrots are a good add on.

    Mike, I used 1 full chimney of Stubbs spread out on the indirect side and then about 15 lit on one end, a modified
    Minion and still had coals left.
