Frozen Ribs

Might start by saying that i have alot on my mind the last few weeks...So i havent posted/responded to all the great threads poping up lately. But i guess im back.

So whats better then to start with a "BANG"(as if

) Nothing special here at all.

The sun was shining and it felt like spring yesterday...And we dident have anything thawned and ready to cook. So i took some frozen BB-ribs and threw them on a cold smoker. Took almost an hour before i could seperate the three racks.

The lack of bark made me pull out the O´l brush and paint them with some Stubbs.



After 5h @ 250(from cold --> Dinner) Served with a salad.


Nothing wrong with the flavour,but they could have been on the smoker another 40min. Dident wanna burn the sauce so i pulled em.

Tonight i guess there will be a more thought thru dinner. Im thinking saltimbocca. Will report back!

I'd bump elbows with Oscar and Oliver to get at some of your 'fast food' ribs!

Looking forward to some saltimbocca, after Mr Wiki told me what it is.
