Boiled Eggs

I haven't, but there was an article about cold smoking in the Spring 2003 edition of The BBQer Magazine the mentioned smoked hard boiled eggs.

I'll post a summary of the recipe in the Appetizers Forum.

I have smoked eggs on my kettle.I used only 7 coals on one side of my bottom grate and place the dosen eggs on the other side of my top grate. I smoked them for 1 hour adding hickory chips twice during the smoking.The color of the eggs came out to be a nice amber color.HAPPY BBQ
 
They are great! They also make for a good twist on an egg salad. What I normally do is wait till the end of a cook and then put them on the grate. Depending on the temp (best around 180 - 200 deg F) just watch till they get the color you want. Usually takes 45 - 60 minutes.
