    If building an enclosure for low temps, when using an ATC, do you place the intake hose for the blower inside the enclosure? If so, will the intake affect the draft and allow the smoke to exit? Andy

    Getting to and staying @300

    I want to get my WSM to 300 quickly and keep it there for two hours. What are your suggestions. My only experience is cooking ribs many times. Thanks in advance! Andy

    Slap Yo Daddy Ribs

    Just got finished cooking the spare ribs using Harrys" recipe. Without a doubt the best ribs I have ever tasted. Only change was, I did not spritz and added extra apple juice when I put the ribs in foil for the last hour and a half. Andy

    New to the Forum w/Questions

    Just bought my WSM last week and smoked my first butt a couple days ago. Did not use enough wood so the smoke flavor was a little weak. Tasted really great when it was finished. But, after warming it up it has an off taste to it. Can't really describe but I'm sure most of you know the taste...
