Ohh, I saw this on an episode of Dinner Impossible, looked incredible Smiler Everyone who tried it was really supprised how good it was, I havent read the recipe yet but, on the show they were sprinkled with pecans.

So I'm thinking if I use dark chocolate, which is good for your heart, it will offset the bad in the bacon?? I think that might work.

Kind of like the rule that you can eat a candy bar as long as you wash it down with a diet coke! Big Grin

It was only a matter of time, at least on this board. Wink I like peanut butter and bacon. There's and idea, spread some peanut butter on the bacon first then dip it in the chocolate. Big Grin

P.S. - Don't chocolate morsels have stabilizers in them? When ever I melt chocolate for dipping I don't use morsels because they don't melt smooth. I guess it depends on the manufacturer.
