Peel,core,and slice a fresh pineapple. Marinate slices in the premium rum of your choice for 45 minutes. Halve and pit 4 fresh peaches. Sprinkle peach halves with ground cinnamon,and grill for 5-6 minutes per side over medium=high direct heat. When you flip peaches,add marinated pineapple slices and grill 2-3 minutes per side. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream in a martini glass,and garnish with fresh mint. YUM!!
