You may or may not be able to help with this question. I'll soon be moving to Colorado and my home will be at 7,200 feet. What special problems does smoking at these altitudes present?

I've heard about the lack of oxygen being a problem, but the few times I've cooked at altitude I didn't experience it.
Use your thermometers and you should be fine.
