2 Cans Clams with juice
1 Can Crab
2 Potatoes
1/2 pound bacon
1 onion
1 cup cream

Peel potatoe and dice, just cover with water and lots of salt and cook on the stove top. Toss clams with juice and crab in pot heat slowly. Brown onion and add to mixture. Dice and cook bacon and add to mixture. Once potatoes are almost cooked (just undercooked) toss them and the water they were cooking in into the mixture, heat to a boil. Add the cream and simmer half an hour.

I have tried this with fresh clams and crab and always come back to canned. Weird I know. Must be because I grew up with it.

Still nothing easier to make and it tastes pretty darn good.

142 grams for the clams (5 ounces)
120 grams for the crab (just over 4 ounces)

Don't forget to leave all the liquid in the cans in the soup (don't drain them).

It really is simple and tastes great!
