i would like to know yer best go to items. i know that i refuse to buy anything but ss stuff anymore. all that other stuff is junk cuz it just don't last and is $$$ thrown away.

My top kitchen accessories/gadgets:

OXO tongs. They are well made, provide good clamping pressure, and they clamp shut for easy storage. I have 3 of them and used all 3 yesterday.

Thermapen. It does what it is supposed to do better than any alternative I've tried.

Would have to be my set of kitchen knives.

Dont be cheap when you buy the most used gadget in the kitchen. and ofc the knive sharpener.

I love my $2 tongs from Wally World! I just wish I had got another set. This years model has silicon ends. It just doesn't look as sturdy.
