I saw a post on here about a stir fry that looked awesome! I showed the missus, and she really thought it looked good. So for my birthday(still a week and a half away!),she got me this. Here it is getting seasoned. I'm hoping to use it tomorrow. Tonight,it's paella!

Oh I like that idea. I have a gas cook top and it gets my wok **** hot, but on top of the coals the way your photo showed just never hot my brain. Thanks for the idea. I will have to try this.

There is an eggccesory from TheCeramicGrillStore.com that allows the use of a wok with the egg.

I'm sure you could find a way to support the wok on the base of the WSM without the use of the body.
