What are some major redesign/products being talked about long range from Weber? Any way cool gadgets coming out within the next 2-6 years?

I recall seeing a few things in the works that should be pretty cool. A few that i've even had my hand in that have been passed to others to finish up. But for details, I cannot discuss.
