On 29/08/2010 It's Belgian Championship BBQ, Our team is called "OUDVUUR". This is dutch for "OLD FIRE".
We have to make 5 dishes with each an other mainingrediënt:
1) seabass ( I think this is the good translation, in dutch: "zeebaars")
2) whole chicken
3) pork: a piece of the neck we call it "spiering"
4) beef: sirloin
5) applesirop (on the barbecue)

Off course we will work with the weber bullit. I hope we get your support.
I will show pictures of the dishes after the competition.

If you win, does your team get to come to The Jack Daniel's Invitation?

I don' t know. I know you can only come to the Jack Daniels with en invitation but I don' t know if the Belgian shampionship is enough to get one. I really hope, butt first we have to win...:-)

What's the old saying? Is it "You can get anything in Belgium"? Well, BBQ, too!

I'll try to remember to toast you guys everytime I pop a cap on any Belgium-ish beer. I say "..-ish" since I drink a bit of Fat Tire, made by New Belgium Brewery, here in the US.

Bert, I'm not 100% sure but you may be invited to The Jack just by winning the Belgium Championship. If you do and you are and you go, we'll see you there!
